Broken Compass Brewing virtual run

About the course:
This course takes runners along the beautiful Blue river bikeway where you will enjoy crisp mountain air, evergreen forests, and the option to join the Colorado trail for a longer trail run option.

About the brewery:
Broken Compass Brewing

Featured brews:
Coconut Porter: Hands down our popular brew, this rich porter is packed with almost 400 pounds of lightly toasted, unsweetened coconut flake in every batch. The Coconut Porter took home our first ever award, a bronze medal at Great American Beer Festival in 2015,

Ginger Pale Ale: What started as a seasonal beer quickly gained so much love that we couldn't take it off our taplist. Crisp and easy drinking, we add heaps of raw ginger root to supply spice and aroma and ginger tea to give it that light but ever present touch of ginger that pleases the palate.

You've heard of the incline.  2000 feet on steps straight up the side of a mountain in less than a mile.  Views of the snow tipped Pikes Peak, gorgeous single track down the Barr trail.
This course starts and ends from the Manitou Brewing Company.  Enjoy a 1 mile warm-up to the trail head and then climb to the top of the incline for views of the city and mountains beyond.  Kick out that lactic acid running through forest and sandstone rock formations on the Barr trail and back to the start for a 10kish route your legs and lungs won't forget.
Stop in the brewery and treat yourself to a much rewarded brew! (brew not included in entry fee).

Cost:  $25
