Are you training for an upcoming race like the Rock 'n' Roll half marathon or the Ragnar Relay series?
Check out our additional mileage option we are adding to all of our courses this year. We've created a route for you to run on your own before the event starts. The Boulder Beer Co additional mileage course is 10 miles, add this to the 3 mile Brew run course and you've got your training (or half marathon) in for the day AND earned your ice cold brew!
----> If you complete our 10 mile course before the event starts and show us the map to prove it, you've earned another brew on us! View the Boulder Beer additional mileage course HERE.
RUN FOR THE BEER, STAY FOR THE PARTY!
Can you "handle" a growler?
At every event we will have not one but two water filled growlers ready for one lucky runner to carry. If they can finish the 5k-ish course in under 25 minutes without dropping, spilling or transferring the growlers to someone else they win a growler filled with a beer of their choice!
And the keg?
Hey crossfitters and Obstacle course racers!! At select events we are challenging a team of two to carry a filled keg for the entire course. If they can finish in under 45 minutes without putting the keg down (no rolling) they win a filled growler each!
CHECK OUT OUR NEW 4 PACK TEAM OPTION!
Everything is more fun with friends (or family)! Sign-up with 3 of your besties and save $$! Register under our new 4 pack team category and get 4 entries for the price of 3. ABOUT BOULDER BEER CO
Boulder Beer Company, Colorado’s First Craft Brewery, was established in 1979 by two University of Colorado physics professors. At that time there were only 42 other operating breweries in the country! They set up their original brewhouse on a friend’s goat farm north of Boulder, then built and moved into our current brewery on Wilderness Place in 1984. BBC still brews in small 50 barrel batches to give each a distinct, handcrafted flavor, using only the finest ingredients available including Arapahoe Glacier water, 2-row malted barley, specialty yeasts, and hops hand-selected annually. BBC is also has full menu with amazing array of items mostly from local sources. They recommend the "Burger and shake combo". Their Buffalo burger: a half-pound of lean buffalo from Steel's Meat Company in Lafayette, Colorado, grilled to perfection and served on a lightly-toasted fresh bakery roll paired with their Shake Chocolate Porter (see below).
Shake Chocolate Porter
*2014 Gold Medal Winner for Chocolate Beers at the World Beer Cup
*5.9% ABV - 39
*Black in color with rich, dark chocolatearomatics and flavors and subtle coffee-like notes. Cacao nibs create a devilishly delicious chocolate finish with a velvety mouthfeel.
