ABOUT THE BREWERY:
Bruz Beers' founders have a long-standing love for the fine artisanal beers of Belgium. Both have traveled extensively in Europe and especially in Belgium, where fine handcrafted beers are a national passion. Charlie and Ryan met at a Belgian beer tasting Charlie was conducting and the rest is in the glass! After years of preparation, their dream of a true Belgian-style brewery in Colorado is a reality. At Bruz, quality is king. Only the very finest ingredients are used to produce small batches of truly authentic, handmade beers. Fine Belgian malts, hops, spices, fruits and a diversity of Belgian yeast strains ensure superior quality with no compromises. Despite economic realities, we refuse to rush a brew – with some beers taking as many as three years to fully mature. We believe the results are worth it – and we bet you will too.
Bruz Beers offers a wide selection of year-round, seasonal and specialty brews – including sour and cask-aged beers and special limited releases. The King Quad is a big, classic Belgian-style quadrupel in the Trappist tradition. The King is deeply rich with a spicy aroma and notes of dark bread, caramel, chocolate plums and dried fruit. Three Belgian yeasts contribute to the huge complexity of this very special brew.
We are excited to partner up with two amazing local non-profits for this event! The Humane Society of Boulder Valley provides shelter and care to more than 7,000 animals each year, with 93 percent of these animals being successfully adopted or reunited with their guardians. The Mission of HSBV is to protect and enhance the lives of companion animals by promoting healthy relationships between pets and people.
AND Epic Experience, organizes free week long outdoor adventure camps for individuals fighting cancer. A portion of each entry fee from all of our 2019 events will go to Epic Experience. Please help us support the work they do to help those suffering DO EPIC!
